LIANZA WEBINAR: COPING WITH AGGRESSIVE AND ANXIOUS LIBRARY USERS - HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS FOR A MORE PEACEFUL LIFE
Wednesday March 16 @ 1PM

Discover why the one simple action that will help with angry, aggressive and anxious library users is so difficult to learn and what you can do about it.

John Faisandier will present some key skills from Thriving Under Fire (TUF), a training programme used in libraries and other customer facing environments for more than 20 years. He will help you to start or continue your journey to understanding the challenges and benefits of learning and honing skills to deal with highly emotional situations.

You may be skeptical about the method of learning, your own ability to develop further, or the challenges you would face in engaging in this learning. These issues and more will be addressed in the webinar. All participants will also receive a bonus handout after the webinar.

You may also be interested in an opportunity to engage further in an intensive professional development workshop and coaching with TUF.  John will briefly outline this additional  professional learning opportunity at the end of this webinar.
