COVID is the gift that keeps on giving. The world seems more uncertain. Staff and customers in our organisations seem more anxious, tired and stressed.

How do we chart a course through this new normal to maintain our library service and look after our customers, team members and ourselves? To kickstart this conversation, Laurinda Thomas, Te Matapihi ki te Ao Nui Wellington City Libraries manager, will share her experience navigating these waters. There will be a Q&A and an opportunity to share your concerns and any tips and tricks you have used for steering the course.
