This seminar will address the importance of workplaces that value diversity and the inclusion of our rainbow and takatāpui communities. It is designed to give people an understanding of why this culture change is important. It will focus on the practical experiences of rainbow communities and the things your workplace can do to support inclusion and equity for these communities.
