LIANZA COVID MEETUP – Assisting library users with vaccine passports

Many businesses and services will soon require proof of vaccination and people are may be finding it difficult to obtain their vaccination passports. That’s where libraries are stepping in to help. There are real challenges in providing this support to our communities. However, innovative approaches are available and are being used to assist people seeking help from libraries.

 Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa (DIAA) has developed and shared some online guidance  DS41 My Health & My Vaccine Pass and libraries are developing resources.

We invite you to join colleagues to discuss how your library is helping people get their passport.

This is a semi-facilitated space to share challenges, ideas and solutions.
Everyone is welcome – whatever part of the library and information sector you work in !

This is the third COVID meetup that LIANZA has offered this year. It builds on the Libraries in the time of COVID sector kōrero from our recent conference.

The ideas shared in this event will be collated and made available to participants.
