LIANZA WEBINAR - IMPLEMENTING ROSTERING SYSTEMS IN A LIBRARY SPACEThursday March 09, 1PM - 2PM
Thinking Around the Box
This webinar will look at implementing new or different rostering systems in a library space. Moving the central library to He Puna Manawa presented an opportunity for Tauranga City Libraries to refresh an outdated and time-consuming day planning system. Learn how Mishka Greenberger, leader of the roster project, and her team, researched, designed, and implemented a new system. A system that allows for more customer-focused service, flexibility, and variety for staff. The system is more time effective and promotes a knowledge and responsibility-sharing team culture. Mishka will Introduce the Compass, a new circular roster system developed to suit staffing at He Puna Manawa.
