Anne Goulding is Professor of Library and Information Management in the School of Information Management, Victoria University of Wellington in Aotearoa New Zealand. Anne has a research focus on the development of staff in library and information services. In this session, Anne will be speaking to us on the professional development of mid-career librarians.
