LIANZA TEL SIG: THE INFORMATION LITERACY FRAMEWORK PROJECT AT THE HOUSE OF COMMONS PARLIAMENT LIBRARY (UK)

In this presentation, Anne-Lise Harding, House of Commons Parliament Librarian (UK), will share the development of an information literacy framework aimed at highly skilled researchers from the House of Commons through an equality, diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) lens. This will cover the background of the project as well as information-behavior research, module development, peer-review, and delivery.

Anne-Lise is a Senior Liaison Librarian at the House of Commons and Deputy Chair of the CILIP Information Literacy Group (ILG). Her interests lie in Information Literacy and Equality and Diversity. Anne-Lise is currently working on developing the Media and Information Literacy Alliance’s (MILA) framework in collaboration with CILIP ILG and the wider information professional community.
