Out of the box to DIY, approaches to special libraries
Wednesday June 22nd at 1PM - 2PM

LIANZA SLIS committee welcomes you to join a virtual session on a challenge for many special libraries – tracking reference requests and presenting meaningful reporting to stakeholders.

The session will start with three special libraries sharing their experience with managing reference requests. These range from using a commercial product to various DIY approaches. Panelists include:

  • Jill Taylor from Parliamentary Library
  • Dirk Anderson from Simpson Grierson
  • Jo Rusk from NZ Police Library

After the short presentations, there will be time for general Q&A and discussion to share our stories.
