LIANZA LEADERS AS COACHES - DEVELOPING PEOPLE AND PERFORMANCE
Monday February 15 and February 22, 2021 12.30-3.30pm

Adapting leadership practices during 2020 has been essential to deal with unexpected challenges faced in libraries, and whare taonga.  LIANZA invites you to join two online, interactive workshops in early 2021. Work with colleagues from across the library and information sector who experience similar challenges. Refresh your skills and approach ready for 2021.

LIANZA offered a very successful workshop series with Aly McNicoll in June and July during the ‘lockdown’. The first workshop focused on leading and coaching virtually and received positive feedback.

“Would definitely recommend workshop to others. I really appreciated how techniques were modelled throughout the workshop and complemented by breakout work in rooms and the handouts”.

"I would definitely recommend this workshop to a friend or colleague who wants to develop a better understanding of coaching people through fixing their own problems."

These workshops are for anyone in any ‘leadership’ position in their organisation.

Leaders as Coaches – developing people and performance
