Can Birds Fly?

This workshop will focus on the reference interview process so that you end up with a customer who has had their needs satisfied.

This course is aimed at those in frontline roles but will be useful for others.

  • Faciltator: Anne Buck

Anne has worked in Public libraries over many years in many roles. She is currently the Information Services Supervisor at Dunedin Public Libraries City Library.

Substitutions
If you have registered and paid but are unable to attend then you are welcome to substitute someone to take your place. Please contact us with the new attendees name and details as soon as possible. You can make substitutions up until one week prior to the workshop.

Cancellations and Refunds
Please email officeadmin@lianza.org.nz if you wish to amend or cancel your registration. A full refund is available up until two weeks before the event. (05/09/2019) No refund can be given for cancellations received after this date.
